# First Web2 sign up

At the first **Web2 connection**, [**Sputnik App**](/sputnik-app.md) accesses the [**Internal Record**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/internal-record.md): 

* If the [**Internal Record**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/internal-record.md) does not contain information about usernames and/or email, [**Sputnik App**](/sputnik-app.md) creates an [**Internal Address**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/internal-address.md) for the [**User**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/user.md), and records information about the connection of the user’s [**Internal Address**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/internal-address.md) with the connected username or email 
* After this, the [**User**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/user.md) gains access to the [**Personal Account**](/sputnik-app/personal-account.md)
