# Link usernames and email

In the [**Personal Account**](/sputnik-app/personal-account.md), the [**User**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/user.md) can link their Telegram, Twitter, Discord usernames and/or email to the [**Internal Address**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/internal-address.md) 

When linking usernames or emails, [**Sputnik App**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/sputnik-app.md) makes changes to the [**Internal Record**](/sputnik-app/web2-functionality/internal-record.md) 

* In the [**Personal Account**](/sputnik-app/personal-account.md), the [**User**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/user.md) can link or unlink:\
  \- one Telegram username\
  \- one Twitter username\
  \- one Discord username\
  \- one email 
* To link a username to the [**Personal Account**](/sputnik-app/personal-account.md), the [**User**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/user.md) must log in via Telegram, Twitter and/or Discord 
* To link an email, the [**User**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/user.md) must send a verification code from the email 
* If the [**User**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/user.md) does not have access to Telegram, Twitter, Discord and/or email, it is impossible to link them to the [**Personal Account**](/sputnik-app/personal-account.md) 
* If users try to link a username or email that is already linked in another [**Personal Account**](/sputnik-app/personal-account.md), [**Sputnik App**](/sputnik-app.md) will ask the [**User**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/user.md) to first unlink them from another [**Personal Account**](/sputnik-app/personal-account.md)
* After the username and/or email is linked in the [**Personal Account**](/sputnik-app/personal-account.md), the [**User**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/user.md) can see and operate tokens on the [**Internal Address**](/glossary-of-terms-and-scheme/internal-address.md) that were sent to the linked username or email, even before the user linked the usernames or email in the [**Personal Account**](/sputnik-app/personal-account.md)
